What does it measure?
The BalanBoost™ SmartTrack Body Scale tracks 13 body composition metrics, including body weight, BMI, body fat, water, muscle mass, bone mass, and more, then syncs them to an app so you can follow your progress over time.
How does it connect to my phone?
It connects via Bluetooth to the free FITINDEX app (available on the App Store and Google Play). Once paired, you step on and your readings sync to your phone within about 10 seconds.
Does it work with other fitness apps?
Yes. The app syncs with Apple Health, Google Fit, and the Fitbit app, so you can keep all your data together in the apps you already use.
How accurate are the readings?
It uses four high-precision sensors and Bio-electrical Impedance Analysis to give you a helpful guide for tracking your own progress. Readings should be used as a reference to spot your own trends over time rather than as medical measurements, for medical purposes, always consult a health professional.
Can more than one person use it?
Yes. One scale supports unlimited users, and everyone can track their own readings in the app on their own device, so the whole family can use it.
What's the maximum weight and what's it made from?
